When you choose playback, lilKiTTY validates and decrypts the selected recording into a protected temporary file on that device. The encrypted recording remains the saved copy.

The temporary playback file is removed when playback ends or stops, and abandoned temporary audio is cleaned on a later launch.

Public surface

No website audio path.

lilkitty.app is the public product and privacy surface for lilKiTTY. Voice data is not sent to Cloudflare by the app or this website, and this page ships without third-party analytics scripts.

Encrypted chunks stay on the recording device; only reviewed text you choose to share can leave.
